So far I've written two "Flawed Fashion" articles on the horrible styles of both girls and boys. However most of Whyville still disagrees with the article's message. One popular comment on the BBS seem to be, "Why do we have to look realistic? It's Whyville, it's about using your imagination." I completely agree with this comment because I promote originality and creativity. Looking like everyone else is bland and boring. I'm not trying to change Whyvillans' styles completely. I want to IMPROVE some of the bad designs I see.

There are ways to create your face so you extenuate your best features. But when you have an imperfect feature, most of Whyvillians' eyes focus on the flawed and not the fashionable. Most flawed people seem to be extremely stubborn. But think about this: how would you look in real life if you mimicked your Whyville style?

I decided to use popular celebrities and alter their faces so they follow the incorrect styles of Whyvillians. The 'green' box has their original face. The 'red' box has the wrong style. Do you still think they look attractive? I sure don't.

Tip 1: Eyes are not for foreheads

Many young girls (like these Whyvillians) 'look up' to Miley Cyrus. But who is Miley looking up to?

Tip 2: Eyes belong under your hair

Some girls have trouble arranging their eyes on their head. But the following girls simply don't know where their eyes are supposed to be. Can supermodel and talk show host Tyra Banks give them a hand?

Tip 3: Earrings are not hair accessories

Earrings are attached to your ears -- hence the name EARrings. However on Whyville, these accessories should be called HAIRrings because girls place their earrings on their hair as if they're hair clips. Do Ashley Tisdale's earrings have the power to withstand gravity?

Tip 4: Long necks and low lips should be stripped

Hilary Duff is well-known actress and a singer. How would she look if she held her microphone to her neck? She should ask these girls:

These stars look as if they're from another planet. Someone call NASA, we've finally discovered some aliens! Another repetitive remark on the BBS seems to be that most of these Whyvillians are still Newbies. So they are still trying to get used to constructing a face and making it look attractive. The problem is Newbies and Whyvillians don't realize their flaws. When I was a Newbie I followed the current trends. I wanted to be fashionable and attractive and I thought these current trends would make me beautiful. But as I look back now I see how ridiculous the fads were! I definitely broke some of my Flawed Fashion Tips!

Eeks! Luckily, I look very different now. But my progress wasn't so easy because I was easily influenced by everyone else. With a little practice, your avatar will definitely improve. Here is a timeline of my face from 2005 to my current face:

Whyville is not about looking real. It's about having fun and expressing your personality in your avatar. Akbar wouldn't accept such creative designs if he wanted everyone to look realistic. But there are methods of arranging your face so you highlight your most attractive features. Remember, I'm not trying to offend anyone. I want Whyvillians to be more open-minded to change and realize there is more than one way of doing something. It's ridiculous to keep telling you readers to think before you write. Look forward to next week's "Flawed Fashion: Beautifying Boys" edition. I hope I don't have to keep repeating myself in that article.

Author's Note: I'm not going to change my writing style and write 100% nice. If my current writing insults you or hurts your feelings then don't read the "Flawed Fashion" articles.
