It seems like I can't get enough of him. He's one of People's "Sexiest Men Alive", and I think most of us would agree. He's starred in tons of movie, including the ever-so-popular Pirates Of The Caribbean. He's been nominated for several Oscars . . . and his name is Johnny Depp.
On June 9, 1963 Johnny Depp was born in Owensboro, Kentucky, to Betty Sue Palmer and John Christopher Depp, Sr. His mother was a waitress and his father was a civil engineer. Johnny Depp has three siblings; one brother and two sisters: Danny, Christie, and Debbie. Christie is Johnny Depp's personal manager. Johnny Depp's real name is John Christopher Depp II. Johnny Depp was brought up awkwardly, his family was always on the move. They lived in twenty different locations before settling in Miramar, Florida. When Johnny Depp was 15 his parents divorced. This affected his life so much that he started practicing self-harm. Also, he dropped out of high school to become a musician.
Johnny Depp started playing in several garage bands. His first band was named after his girlfriend at the time, Meredith. His next band was named The Kids. The Kids were successful locally, but they wanted more fame, so they decided to take a road-trip to Los Angeles to try and get a record deal. They also changed their band name to Six Gun Method. The band hit rock-bottom when Johnny Depp married the bass player/singer's sister, Lori Anne Allison. Lori introduced Johnny Depp to Nicolas Cage. Nicolas Cage told Johnny Depp to pursue in an acting career. In 1985 Johnny Depp and Lori Anne Allison divorced.
Johnny Depp took Nicolas Cage's advice and persuaded in an acting career. He starred in "21 Jump Street" where he played an under-cover cop. In 1987, "21 Jump Street" premiered on the FOX Network. The series portrayed Johnny Depp as a 'teen idol'. Johnny Depp found that being a teen idol was rather annoying, and once his contract was up in the forth season, Johnny Depp did not renew it. "21 Jump Street" was canceled by the fifth season.

So where is he now, you ask? Johnny Depp is currently living in France with his partner of 10 years, Vanessa Paradis. The two had two children together, Lily Rose Melody Depp and Jack Christopher Depp II. The family isn't only limited to Europe though. They have houses in the USA and the Bahamas (on their own private island). As Johnny Depp has stated in several interviews, he doesn't like staying in one place for more than six months. And that's because it was how he was raised.
