Forever folding waves of blue
Crisp blades of jade strain from the earth
Jagged worn leather branches climb to sky
With trembling autumn leaves held at their ends

Oh, I don't ever want to forget
I don't ever want to forget this moment

Folded waves of pretty blue
Crisp green blades stretch from the ground
Worn branches climbing to the sky
With trembling leaves held at their ends

I don't want to forget,
To forget this moment

A blur of blue five years ago
And fields of green from down below
Tree branches reaching very high
With little leaves at ends

Can't forget
Such a gorgeous moment
I'll never admit the whole truth, but
The best of me is falling through
The best of me is fading, too
