Hey, fellow music maniacs! It's lovely432 here, back (again) with more amazing, fantastic, crazy, awesome music! I'm sorry that I couldn't send in an article in the last two weeks. I want to thank all the readers who have stayed dedicated to my column and read my articles. I know that I haven't been a good column writer and I am truly, deeply sorry. Ok, now that that's out of the way, I should probably start this week's article!

Ok, I've read the BBS and noticed that some of you want to hear about a pop band. That is why this week, I'm gonna tell you about Huckapoo!
Where
Huckapoo is an American, all-girl band that comes from New York City, New York. The band was created by Brian Lukow (who also formed the band Dream Street) in October 2003.
Members
Huckapoo is made up of four members. They are Jordan Price, Lindsay Nyman, Brittany Lahm, and Brooke Mori. Brittany Segal used to also be in the band, but she left in April of 2006. All the members of Huckapoo are vocals. There is absolutely no lead singer and each girl sings as much as all the others.
Genre
Huckapoo is an indie band. They are also a totally true-blue pop band. Their music is very catchy and they have been called the new generation of the Spice Girls with a unique and original twist.
Albums and Releases
The band has not released their own debut album yet. However, some of their songs, such as "Perfectly", have been featured in a few Disney albums such as "Pixel Perfect" and "That's So Raven". Hopefully, they will release an album of their own soon.

Like I said before, Huckapoo is indie. There's no label for this independent band!
Appeals To
Huckapoo and their songs would probably appeal mostly to pop lovers who also love to listen to musical artists like Hannah Montana/Miley Cyrus and the High School Musical cast. With their cheerful, catchy, fun-themed music, you can't help but fall in love with this band, though! I personally even found myself dancing like a maniac (wow, I'm a freak) to some of their songs. WARNING: if you can't even stand to listen to bubble-gum pop music, this band is definitely not for you. If they sound interesting to you, though, don't hesitate to listen to a few of their songs.
Interesting Facts
What's pretty interesting about the members of Huckapoo is that they all have different stage names and each dresses to portray a stereotype found in typical high schools. On stage, Jordan Price is Groovy Tuesday, a total nature-loving hippie. Lindsay Nyman is Joey Thunders, a too-cool-for-school punk. Brittany Lahm is Twiggy Stardom, a happy, preppy cheerleader. Finally, Brooke Mori is PJ Bardot, a hip-hop dancing queen. What's also cool about Huckapoo is that all the members are fairly young and between the ages of 16 to 18. Another fact is that they have done shows with other popular bands such as The Jonas Brothers, The Click Five, and Teddy Geiger! Lastly, their name is Huckapoo! I mean, seriously, that is the most awesome name I've ever heard!
