Unique, in this world, is something you don't see everyday. When you go to the mall, you normally see the girls wearing the typical: black mascara, black eye-liner, hot pink blush, and a whole tube of lip gloss. Now, when you shop at Urban Decay, you're not getting anything typical, I will let you know that.

You're getting vibrant colors of ocean blue, sour apple green, hot pink pinks, and numerous more. And those colors stated, are some that are color choices for eyeliners! Now, yes, they do sell black eye-liner (for all you sheltered ones), but that's not what the are promoting. They're promoting all the colors that you wouldn't see in the mall. They're promoting all the colors you wish you saw in the mall. And good for you, you can be one of those people in the mall (or wherever) with gorgeous eyes, unique eyeshadow, lip stain, bronzer, beautiful blush, eye-popping eye liner, and colorful mascara.

Basically, Urban Decay has re-invented makeup. And you will see the evidence on every page of their online store. For example, let's take: mascara. Now, we're not talking about the regular black or brown mascara. We're talking about blue, red, and purple mascara. All of which define your eyes brilliantly.

Now, are you sick of having to re-apply your eyeshadow? Or, maybe you're sick of digging in your purse, every five minutes, trying to find your eye shadow. Now, there are two ways to solve that problem: 1. Use the Urban Decay Potion Primer, which will make your eye shadow stay on until you take it off with makeup remover, or 2. Use 'Loose Pigment' which is, as I like to call, the portable eye shadow. Loose Pigment has a little, clear tube on the bottom of the product, to see what color you're putting on. It has a brush at the very top of the product, so all you have to do is unscrew the top, put it on, and look great. Or you could even take a newer Urban Decay invention, such as making your powder eye shadow liquid! That way you can line your eyes, with the Urban Decay Good Karma Liner Brush, of course, and have the vibrancy of your shadow line your eyes . . . magically!

So, what's my favorite product from Urban Decay? It's difficult to choose for all of their products, but I'm going to have to say their 24/7 Glide-On Pencil. They sell this in many colors, including: Covet (peacock green), Deviant (bold blue), Honey (gold), Rockstar (dark purple), Electric (bright aquamarine), Stash (dark green/gold), Gunmetal (silver), Lucky (deep copper), Bourbon (brown), 1999 (plum), and several more. I have it in Deviant, which is the bold blue. The eye-pencil glides on, just as it says, and it's waterproof. Now, I know that most of the eye-pencils labeled with "waterproof" aren't what they say, but I put this one to the test. I wore this eye-liner, while I showered. Sure, it smudged a bit, but it wasn't something you could have spotted out without a makeup mirror. But, overall, I still had my eye-liner on, and it was still looking great!

So, what if you don't want to have blue eyeliner and bright colors all over your face? If that's not for you, that's fine! Urban Decay offers neutral, subtle colors and you'll still look just as beautiful. So, let me give you some suggestions. For your taste, I would recommend their Midnight Cowboy eye shadow, with their Big Fatty Mascara, their 24/7 Glide-on Eye Pencil, in either the Rockstar or Gunmetal, and top it all off with their Lip Envy, in Greedy (a deep berry).

Whether you like subtle and sweet, or bright and vibrant, you'll be able to find something for you at Urban Decay. And hey, if you happen to buy something of theirs, and don't like it when you try it on, they have a "Love it or Leave it Guarantee". Which means if you don't like the product that you bought, all you do is send it back, and you will get a full refund for the product (even a refund for the shipping and handling and tax).

Putting on Deviant now,
