I laid my eyes upon yours,
Your glance of despair
It was a beautiful midnight light,
But no

Your hand left mine,
You turned,
And left me,

I'm alone.

Don't you understand?
I miss you.
I need you.

My life is falling apart,
You shattered my aggression.
I feel pain . . . but
Only on the inside . . .

I thought you would understand,
But now,
Not even I understand

The moon was so bright,
Against your beautiful sparkling eyes,

Why?

The river was silently moaning,
As if it knew my pain . . .
But I stood,
Like a warrior

I drew out my fiery sword of compassion
I walked on by the moaning river,
And then came,
A sudden smile

I miss you,
So much now,
But I realize now,
I can live without you
