It took me by complete surprise
When my heart got lost in his blue eyes

As I gaze out my window and dream about you

What do you do when smiles go away

It's what you do unthinking that make the quick tears start
The tear may be forgotten but the hurt stays in your heart

Not a day passes when I'm not thinking of you
You may not believe it but it's oh so true
I'd give you my heart
I'd give you my world
I just wish one day
I'll become your girl

If you're asking if I love you the answer is forever
If you're asking if I'd leave the answer would be never
If you're asking what I value most the answer would be you
If your asking if I need you the answer is I do

I would hold you for a lifetime
If you would take my hand
I would love you like no other
But you don't understand

So I'll dream of us together
Of how good it could be
But I'll keep my love for you inside
Until you're in love with me
