When you look in the mirror
What do you see?
A plus-sized girl
And what a disgrace is she
A girl who has made mistakes;
One lacking glee
When you watch your reflection
What do you notice?
A boy's sunken complexion
Always slipping out of focus
His body suffers from his bad decision
worthy of dirt and a crocus
But when I look at you in the mirror
Do you know what I see?
A human who's not perfect
But how outstanding is s/he
Now, tell me, darling
Why don't you see like me?
