There are a lot of people that have been warned for no reason in Whyville.
People that are doing this should stop because, the people being warned
will be very angry.
If they tell City Hall, maybe she will not let you play in Whyville anymore i
or not let you talk anymore ......... I'm sure you wouldn't want that.
Whyvillians are also getting their friends to warn a person with them. They
also do this for no reason. I warn you people that are doing this,
if the people you warn tell a lot of other people about what you're doing,
those people will always think you are mean.
Even one time when I came as a guest, people kept warning me. I was very mad
that day. When I was walking in my new face one day, I saw these people warning
all the guests. One person even asked me to join them when they were whispering.
I think these people who are doing this are very mean.

I read what Psycho wrote about
the Whyville Jail, electric chair, and
policemen. I think it is a good idea considering City Hall is not ducttaping
enough people. Something has to be done about the awful amount of swearing
done in Whyville and somebody must do something to stop it.

Hi everyone! I was reading an article in The Times when I thought of something.
I realized how much everyone was asking City Hall for this and that,
and new stuff we should have in Whyville. There are some really great ideas,
and Whyvillians everywhere are giving their suggestions on stuff that annoys
them, and how they should improve it and things like that.
Well, don't you think that City Hall is already trying her best to improve
Whyville so it fulfills all of your needs? I think so. I'm not trying to
say 'You stop bothering City Hall!' or anything like that, but I'm trying
to tell you that if you have a bunch of suggestions that you want to share,
maybe you can give City Hall a break. After all, she did make a lot of
stuff for us. Maybe you should ask for one thing at a time, because City
Hall can't make everything all at once!
Anyways, you get my point. So, go slow, appreciate what you already have,
and be patient. City Hall will always have time for your suggestions.
