My mom made me walk my dog to the graveyard about two minutes away from my house. I really didn't want to go, but once I got there, I just felt at peace. I got to thinking about this whole cycle of life and death.

Death is a scary thought. We are not too sure about what happens once we are buried in the ground. Some say we just stay there, others say that we go on to a new life. Of course, we don't know.

It's hard to overcome the loss of a loved one. I haven't experienced it myself (even though my great-grandparents are dead, they died when I was 4 so I don't really remember them well) but I have seen the face of someone who grieves.

It always makes me think, what happens after death? When do I die? What if someone I know dies? All of these questions go unanswered.

The reason that death seems so scary is that we have no knowledge of what happens after we die. We don't really know where our loved ones have gone.

The only way to really overcome death is to just take some time out to talk to people and discuss feelings. Try to think that the person who has died is at peace now.

You may never get over the loss of someone you love, but just try to express your emotions and talk about what you feel inside.
