As promised, I sent my toughtest investigative reporter Bigfoot Bill (who else?)
out to investigate the rumors of a Halloween party I mentioned last week.

There is indeed going to be a Halloween Party. A most exclusive one, I might
add, for only those who succeed in finding some magic halloween candy will be
