Losing all the vanity for
Just one precious moment.
Gaining immortality
For all eternity.
Coming back to consciousness
Just as you meet fate.
Dealing out four aces
But noticing one more.
Sketch in ink my beating heart
The way you need to see it.
Tell me who is different
And if I'll stay the same.
Whisper to me the secret that
Was screamed to all the others.
Teach me how your frail figure
Endured the pain when you were
Stripped of pride and your
Dignity was stolen from the
Yearning soul you once were.
Screming out just this once
That you wish you were different
To open up the gate to never-
Ending uniformity with those
Who you hate most but whom
You most wish to be.
Now honestly tell me that this
Is what you really wish to do.
