As January 1st, New Years, grows closer and closer, 2005 drifts away. All of your troubles are soon to be gone and a fresh and clean New Year is coming your way.
But a New Year is not only a way to put your troubles in the past but is a way to work harder so you won't have these troubles in '06! This brings me to what my article is all about . . . your New Year's resolutions!
I remember back in 4th grade my whole class would have to write down their New Year's resolutions on a big picture and we would hang it up! Mine was, "Not to talk so much in class!"
A New Year's Resolution is your promise that you will do something better, work harder, or not live in the past. Everyone makes these promises year around, but New Year's is really the time to do it. Why? Because you have a whole year to look forward to!
What is your New Year's resolution? Are you going to try not to bicker with your siblings. Or, will you just finish your homework a bit earlier so your parents won't be mad when you get to bed so late? Tell us all in the BBS!
