Hey there! It's ps2man1 and first, I am glad to say that I have made it this far into the senate race. Me, mitsuy and willis4 have been friends since before this race, and I'd like to say good job and good luck to them. Also before you vote anybody, consider what I've done for Whyville. As of today I've published 42 articles in the Times, earn a salary of I think 114 clams a day (I finished zero-gravity yesterday, I'm not so sure.) Have been in the whyology study and have been on for about a year now. Lol I'm rewriting this platform from scratch. My last platform was shortened, hopefully it won't be for the times :P. Here it goes:
Idea 1: I would like the all awaited, WhyBank! You could store your clams in it, and if you get hacked, they would not be stolen. The hackers would need a special code to get in.
Idea 2: Credit Cards. When you were a newbie did you want this 100 clam hair, but you only had 98 clams? Well I did, because I promised to give my friend my old hair and I said I'd buy this new one for myself because I like it better. But then I had to wait until the next day to buy it!
Idea 3: Akbar's User Search. This would allow people to search in the name of someone, and then all their parts would come up. Say you searched... me for instance, and the face parts would come up, and on top of my face parts, there'd be a link to my store, Dares.
Idea 4: More Y-Mail helpers! This would give many people the chance to be helped, and the Newbie Center would always be full of helpers! No more complaints of people with questions that can't find a helper; no more complaints of helpers that have the bell rung every second they're on whyville.
Idea 5: Automated Medals! Yes, many people have wanted this. When I hit my year-on-Why anniversary, I thought about how I wanted those bronze medals. I can wait until march or april alright, but I'd rather get my medal on time! =)
Idea 6: No 'Taxes' in Sending People Stuff, Using ClamGrams, and Trading. As a newbie I found the fees annoying. Say you're a newbie and you just got up to 5000 clams! You want to stay there, but then you see the part you want that's really rare that's only sold for over 10,000 clams! You go to the seat to trade and then the person says "I want exactly 5,000 clams". You can't get the extra 5 clams so you're exactly there and so you can't trade with he/she. And all because of those fees that go to Whyville, when they can make their own clams! Lol! (This is dramatized.)
Idea 7: Face Factory Tools! I'm not the greatest designer, so I would like templates, a circle tool, an undo button, and a tutorial in the face factory!
Idea 8: Like mitsuy told me to include, a "DELETE ALL MAILS" button. I, like her, get so many mails that it's hard to keep up with, so I don't delete! But I'd be willing to delete the few mails from scyllaCat to finally have an empty mailbox.
Idea 9: Music! At The Disco! LoL get it? Anyways, I'd like better music at the disco. And the host of the party should get to choose what type of music to use at their parties. Also... A ROLLER DISCO! HOW COOL WOULD IT BE TO SKATE AROUND ON SKATES WITH A CARTOON. Lol sorry for that.
Idea 10- Last but not Least!: Tour Guides! Citizens could be hired as why-tour guides to give tours of whyville. They could show everything in whyville from the times to ymail to chatrooms and how to get clams!

Hello fellow Whyvillians! I, ps2man1, am running for senator (again.). You probably know me as a times writer, a friend, someone who helps newbies, and more. I am an accomplished times writer, with 40 articles published. I have been on Whyville for almost a year (I will be in 2 days). - As senator, I will have to give ideas for Whyville. Lots of these ideas will be given to me by citizens like you and I will decide if Whyville should have what you want. This means if you gave me an idea like 'A roller disco!' in whyville, I would try to make this happen. - MY ideas and YOUR ideas: 1. To be able to rejoin whyeat; I want to rejoin whyEat because throwing food around is fun. But of course, I think that the citizen's faces shouldn't look different, but when people scroll over their names it should say their status, a.k.a. 'has cavities' or 'didn't eat enough vitamin a' or things like that. This would make people try to eat healthy, and not quit. - 2. Being able to pick a color skin when joining. Instead of haaving to be a tator that looks like they do, people could choose and become blue or pink or orange! - 3. Trying stuff on at akbars is awesome! But they should let us change our face in the try ons, because people need to find what the hair or eyes look best on. - 4. Upside-down faces! Yes, I've bet you've seen some people go upside-down style! I think that this is awesome! I may want to turn upside-down, so I'm thinking there should be a tool, so when changing your face, you can rotate the face part to be upside-down or sideways! - 5. Zero Gravity Rooms. I like the zero-gravity game. It's fun, but if you're in the same zero-gravity rink with others it can get annoying. The other person will throw projectiles at you, causing you to lose, and also lose all those clams you spent on projectiles! I know most of you don't like losing clams! - 6. Chess! There should be chess in Whyville, because this game is a game in which you have to think of strategies to beat your opponent. This can be learning, or at least helping you to. - 7. Accept Hairs: I had once worked a half hour on a girl hair and it looked very good. I waited for a reply from akbar and what did I see when he replied? I saw that he couldn't accept it because the face opening was too small. I thought that this was a good size, but apparently not. I think he should accept all sizes that would fit. - 8. Designing Tools: I think that while designing there should be tools such as a circle tool, a line tool, an UNDO tool, a square tool, a paint tool, and a fill in tool. I also think that there should be sizes of hairs and heads
