This map of the Pacific Ocean is the mission control center of the Hydrothermal Lab.
It tells you where seismometers have been dropped, and whether these seismometers are
reporting activity. It also tells you where hydrothermal vents and creatures have been
discovered. Consult the legend at the bottom of the map to understand the symbols.
Click on a rectangular region on the ocean to reveal more options. If there isn't already
a seismometer in that region, you can order a seismometer drop there. You can also plan
an expedition to this region. If hydrothermal vents and creatures have been discovered in
this region, then you can find out the details with the "Show more details" button.
