Here, you cannot whisper or chat freely.
You can only hear what the ymail helper says, or what someone in the newbie chair says.
The helper can hear you even if you're not in the chair. If you have a question, you can let
him know and he'll call you, in order, to the newbie chair.
To leave the newbie chair, you can say leave
