I was sitting down one day and reading the Whyville Times with my green tea. I
began wondering how healthy is it to drink tea? I did a little research and I
found it is, in fact, VERY healthy.
Drinking tea, along with other things (healthy diet, no smoking, etc.), can help
prevent cardiovascular disease. This is not guaranteed to work because your age
and/or family heritage could cause you to have this disease, also. Surveys in
Japan have shown there is less cancer in those who drink tea than those who
don't.
