The other day, I looked into my Health Journal and saw that I had contracted a disease from WhyEat! I thought maybe I hadn't been eating enough of something, perhaps vitamin C or maybe not drinking enough fluids, so I drank extra juice and ate fruits.
According to my friend Dartanian (again, thanks), what I was thinking was completely wrong! I had actually got it because I was eating the same thing everyday! I hadn't varied up my diet enough! That's why, of course, the title of this article is "Vary Your Diet."
