It's much cheaper to generate electricity from a Hydroelectric power plant, where the energy comes from the free water flowing past, than from burning trainloads of coal for a Coal power plant.

You have a cost limit of $. You are not allowed to activate a set of power plants that exceed $.

If you try to activate power that adds up to too much money, you will be prevented from doing so.

Your goal is provide enough power to meet the demands of the city for the whole day. You'll get bonus clams for generating enough power without generating too much power.
