Same rules as before, but now, you have to consider the Carbon Dioxide (CO₂) that your set of active power plants emit.

CO₂ is the most prevalent greenhouse gas, which heats the Earth's surface. Power plants that burn lots of fuel generate lots of CO₂ emissions.

You have an emissions limit of . You are not allowed to activate a set of power plants that exceed  emissions.

If you try to activate power that adds up to too much emissions, you will be prevented from doing so.

Your goal is provide enough power to meet the demands of the city for the whole day. You'll get bonus clams for generating enough power without generating too much power.
