Are they real? Great Question. Of course ghosts are. Not everybody can see, hear or contact with them, though. Mediums can be very different in how they contact spirits. Theresa, from "Long Island Medium", helps people with their losses and more. When she walks into a store she just does her lip thing (you'll laugh right now if you watch it) then she goes over, introduces her self, then after a few minutes, they are crying. She does it beautifully and really cares about them. Other mediums just say that their dead mother is fine. Wow, I sure feel better now!
